• Payment is for the labor and expertise provided, not a tangible product.

• Results may vary based on pre-existing surface conditions (e.g., stains, damage, or material integrity).

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not issue refunds, we commit to addressing concerns promptly. If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will revisit the property to assess and resolve issues at no additional cost, if the concern stems from our workmanship.

 

 Exceptions

Refunds are never provided, except in the following scenarios:

 

• Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any deposit will be refunded in full.

 

• Material Breach: If we fail to perform the service entirely (e.g., no crew dispatched), a refund will be issued.
